Executive Director

Lana Stigura

The Executive Director leads the day-to-day operations of WyoClimbers, keeping climbing access, stewardship, and community at the heart of what we do. This work spans everything from fundraising and partnerships, to stewardship projects, educational programming, and community events. The Executive Director also serves as the Director of the International Climbers’ Festival, our biggest annual event and primary fundraiser. The Executive Director represents WyoClimbers when connecting with our local community, land managers, partners, and the broader climbing community to advocate for climbing access and responsible recreation in central Wyoming and beyond.

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is a dedicated group of local climbers and community members. Together, they shape the long-term direction of WyoClimbers, provide oversight and support to the Executive Director, and generously volunteer their time, expertise, and resources to help advance the organization’s mission. Through leadership, advocacy, and community engagement, the Board works to ensure that WyoClimbers can continue to protect local climbing access, provide impactful educational programming, and create a stronger, more connected climbing community in central Wyoming.
