Wag Bag Program

One of our ongoing programs is to maintain human waste disposal bag - AKA “wag bag” - stations at popular climbing areas around Lander. With the growing popularity of climbing, WyoClimbers is committed to keeping our recreational area cleaner. So if you have to go #2, we recommend using the toilets if possible, and if not, wag bags as a secondary option in order to mitigate potential ground water contamination.

Thank you to the LOR Foundation for partnering with use to install wag bag stations at Sinks Canyon (Moss Cave and Killer Cave trailhead), Fossil Hill, and Wild Iris (Erratic/Remuda and Main Wall) and the initial set of wag bags.
