Mission Statement
At WyoClimbers we protect access to climbing, educate climbers to be good stewards, and connect the broader climbing community. Our mission is three-fold:
PROTECT access to climbing areas through working with land managers/owners to build a cooperative management plan that maintains and preserves our climbing areas and trails.
EDUCATE climbers by providing access to services that introduces them to ethics and their role as environmental stewards while showing them the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of climbing.
CELEBRATE climbing and the supporting community by organizing events like the annual International Climbers' Festival.
WyoClimbers is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to supporting climbing in the central Wyoming region. Our work is made possible through volunteer hours, local and state grants, collaboration with local land managers, and the generous donations from people like you.
